DeAlva Wilson Arnold, is a CEO and Executive Advisor with a depth of knowledge in strategy, innovation, leadership development, and change management. She is Founder and CEO of D. Wilson Agency, The WIN for Women, and DWA Purposeful Leadership™, as well as the Co-Founder of EQ Media Partners.
In 2012, DeAlva leveraged her 20-year career in corporate America with leadership roles in technology, enterprise program management, operations, marketing, and governance to start an entrepreneurial journey. Since then her efforts have been dedicated to businesses and initiatives that have an impact on effectual leadership; improving business results through cultural transformation; bold enterprise programs; and process change that improves the lives and economic position of people while improving business outcomes.
Consistently delivering results has made DeAlva a sought after change agent. D. Wilson Agency’s business strategies and programs for effective collaboration and leadership have been implemented across public and private sectors, at the federal and local levels, including institutions of higher learning and Fortune 500 companies. DeAlva's companies and extensive portfolio of work has earned her numerous accomplishments and accolades. She is an active community leader, serving on multiple boards and advisory councils, including two gubernatorial appointments.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Winthrop University, as well as Executive Coaching and Diversity Consultant certifications from the University of Georgia and Cornell University. DeAlva is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.
